Our trip was honestly fantastic!! From check in to check out, we couldn’t have been happier. The staff was very pleasant and helpful the entire stay (even on thanksgiving when they probably wanted to be home with family and friends). The room was super clean and spacious, and very well appointed with a comfortable bed. The elevators were always fast and common areas were clean and welcoming. We had 2 dogs and I LOVED how pet friendly the hotel is – and they only charge $50 for the entire stay for a pet fee. That can’t be beat. Plus, there are plenty of places to walk dogs near the hotel. Finally, we loved the location. It is in the north end of the river walk so you’re away from the hustle and bustle, but only a 5-10 minute walk from all the action.

The hotel is beautiful, within walking distance to the Riverwalk and the Alamo. The room was spacious with a great view. The staff is super friendly and accommodating! My only complaint was the hot water took forever (literally 10 minutes running full blast) to warm up enough to shower. Maintenance did arrive promptly to address the issue, and once we learned the trick, all is good.
